Huntingdon Valley's golf course was designed by renowned architect William Flynn and play began on the 27-hole layout in April 1928. Flynn used the unusual property which features a wooded bowl with a stream at its bottom to great effect. The front nine is routed counter-clockwise around the top of the bowl while the back nine is laid out in a clockwise manner inside the front at the bottom of the bowl. Flynn's routing provides continuity and consistency to each side. Flynn designed the course to mimic nature's original footprint of the land, changes in elevation and undulating greens lead to fresh challenges with every play. The golf operation has all of the amenities our members need, including a well-stocked golf shop, practice range and short game facility, bag storage, locker room, and more.
